We shot this video to communicate its values-based culture as part of its employer brand.
Palo Alto Networks published this video on its YouTube channel and used it to drive recruitment through its careers website and social media.
This video is an example of a simple vox-pop montage. We prepared a short list of questions about the experience of working for a company that takes its values seriously. We needed to shoot spontaneously, so we used a shoulder-mounted camera and hand-held microphone, which also helped to reduce the background noise from the event. Shooting lots of b-roll of the values helped to reinforce the message.
